Every event is mapped to a criterion before it's scheduled.
We design to the NAAC Quality Indicator Framework (QIF) from the outset, so the event itself becomes evidence rather than an afterthought needing evidence bolted on.
NAAC moved to a Binary Accreditation + Maturity-Based Graded Levels (MBGL) framework in 2025 — the seven criteria below remain the structural backbone institutions map evidence to, and the entry stage now cross-checks submitted numbers against AISHE/NIRF records. Which is exactly why keeping registration, attendance and certificate counts internally consistent matters more than it used to.
| Criterion | Focus area | What the event contributes | Where on this platform |
|---|---|---|---|
| Criterion I | Curricular Aspects | Themes chosen to enrich and extend the curriculum in the participating departments. | Process → |
| Criterion II | Teaching, Learning & Evaluation | Structured lectures, panels and skill sessions that feed directly back into classroom practice. | Process → |
| Criterion III | Research, Innovations & Extension | Research-methodology focus, resource persons and extension-oriented outreach activities. | Execution → |
| Criterion IV | Infrastructure & Learning Resources | Hybrid/online delivery and recorded sessions extend your ICT-enabled learning resources; venue and AV readiness is documented as usage evidence. | Execution → |
| Criterion V | Student Support & Progression | Every participant gets a verifiable, QR-checkable certificate and a structured feedback channel; accessibility provisions from the Protocol checklist support differently-abled attendees. | Protocol → |
| Criterion VI | Governance, Leadership & Management | IQAC-approved process, committee governance and a documented, auditable report trail. | Protocol → |
| Criterion VII | Institutional Values & Best Practices | Digital certificates and paperless documentation keep the print footprint down; accessibility and inclusive planning are built into the same Protocol checklist, not bolted on after the fact. | Protocol → |
How an event becomes an evidence file — step by step.
Built from our working SOPs: click through the six stages to see what evidence is created at each moment, and watch the NAAC folder fill itself. The complete folder structure, photographic evidence rules and checklists are in the Download library.
